Cornish Democracy has published Devolvyans Kernow, Devolution for Cornwall: One of Britain’s Oldest Nations, and it is just about to hit the streets. Just delivered to Parliament this week, it is being sent to both MPs and Lords, and presents Cornwall’s next phase towards devolution.
